Lifecycle Marketer Role

We are seeking an ambitious, versatile Lifecycle Marketer to elevate our customer engagement programs and drive impact across the entire user journey.

Our lifecycle team plays a critical role in supporting key business objectives; from free user activation and retention, to conversion and expansion. You will be instrumental in defining how we communicate with our users during this exciting phase of growth.

  • Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and push notifications to drive activation, retention, and feature adoption.
  • Own customer communications for product updates, webinars, and roadshow initiatives, ensuring timely, relevant, and high-impact messaging.
  • Develop onboarding and nurture journeys that guide users to value and encourage product-led self-discovery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Customer teams to align lifecycle touchpoints with broader go-to-market initiatives.

Key skills required include:

  • Deep understanding of customer behavior and the ability to craft messaging and experiences that resonate at every stage of the journey.
  • Comfort with both content and copywriting, as well as technical aspects of lifecycle tools, experimentation, and automation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced tech environment, manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, and deliver polish.
  • 1+ years of experience in lifecycle, digital, or PLG marketing, with a strong track record of driving results.
