Product Designer Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Product Designer to partner with our cross-functional team and drive high-quality design outcomes. This individual contributor role involves delivering consistent, high-quality designs that contribute to the Product Design vision.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing for native iOS and android, understanding of building and iterating products or experiences based on usage patterns & user feedback, and a portfolio that demonstrates high-quality design work improving the user experience and contributing to business outcomes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design practice and thinking: Deliver high-quality designs that meet the company's standards.
  • Advocate for design value and collaboration, conducting research to understand context and trends.
  • Help define problems and create frameworks (wireframes, visual designs) to articulate solutions.
  • Explore future concepts and develop phased approaches while considering the design system and constraints.
  • Prototype ideas, collaborate for feedback, and partner with other designers for cohesive experiences.

A key focus is designing for accessibility and developing smart interfaces. Effective communication of work with cross-functional peers across product and engineering is also essential.
