Product Design Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a key player in our dynamic environment, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our product and championing user-centric design across the business.

In this position, you will lead the design process for new and existing features, ensuring our products are intuitive, accessible, and delightful to use for multiple stakeholder personas.

  • You will work closely with Product Managers and developers, translating complex and ambiguous business problems into elegant design solutions.
  • Lead the entire design lifecycle, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design.
  • Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders, advocating for the user at every stage.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, standards and processes to maintain consistency and efficiency across all products.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure your designs are implemented to the required standard.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to validate designs and inform product strategy.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Design and deliver end-to-end product experiences that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and effective.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user behavior, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design tools, technologies, and methodologies.

A Strong Candidate Will Have:

  • 5+ years of professional product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and measurable impact on user experience.
  • Proven track record of leading design for complex B2B SaaS and/or fintech products from initial research through to final implementation.
  • Experience owning the complete design lifecycle including user research, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI design, and post-launch optimisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems in financial services into elegant, intuitive design solutions that balance user needs with regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for design solutions.
