Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Pricing Business Partner to join our Group Pricing team in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a full-time permanent opportunity that will play a key role in shaping our pricing strategies and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with stakeholders across our Master Trust client portfolio to provide strategic insights that drive profitable and innovative pricing solutions.
- Manage the pricing strategy for the client portfolio, identifying optimal profitable, strategic, and innovative pricing solutions.
- Support the Senior Manager to provide technical pricing oversight to the team and broader commercial business skills and acumen.
- Effectively contribute to the achievement of premium revenue and profit objectives for the Group Insurance business.
- FIAA (or equivalent) qualified or have made significant progress towards FIAA qualification.
- Experience pricing group insurance products, ideally in a partnership/relationship management role.
- Strong understanding of the group insurance market and the key drivers impacting both insurers and reinsurers.
- Knowledge and experience working with actuarial concepts, capital, profit, and value measures.
- An estimated annual salary of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 depending on experience.
