Brunel is seeking a professional to fill the role of Master Data Specialist.

About This Opportunity

This is a 12-month contract located in the Corporate Perth CBD office. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing new Cataloguing Requests and Change Requests
  • Providing governance of cataloguing requests, ensuring consistency is maintained across the entire catalogue
  • Defining material classification using item type definitions & class assignment templates
  • Providing advice to business stakeholders on all aspects related to cataloguing of differing parts and material types
  • Possible domestic travel to either offshore or onshore locations as needs arise
  • Participating in regular team meetings and providing reporting on progress and impediments of catalogue requests
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Superior experience and knowledge of MRO Cataloguing Standards including Auslang guidelines
  • Previous experience working in SAP Material Master Data
  • Overall knowledge of Plant Maintenance Master Data and Materials Management principles
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure managing multiple task scenarios
  • Resilience and enthusiasm within a highly agile working environment
  • Team-oriented, positively contributing to the group

  • Providing expert advice on data-related matters
