As a Master Data Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, structure, and governance of our Supply Chain master data within our ERP system (SAP). This is a pivotal position that will enable operational efficiency across Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and Finance, making a real impact on how our business runs every day.

Opportunity Overview

We seek an experienced Master Data Professional with strong working knowledge of SAP, particularly front-end supply chain modules, and experience with master data. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience, autonomy, and proactive relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to extract and analyze data from SAP or business warehouse tools.

The successful candidate will create, maintain, and validate SAP master data records for materials, vendors, and customers across all branches and distribution centers, advise on and ensure accurate configuration of supply chain-related data, build frameworks for master data governance and lifecycle management, delegate uploads to other units, work closely with purchasing, branch managers, finance, and supply chain teams, and ensure SAP changes do not disrupt financial reporting.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP, especially front-end supply chain modules; experience with master data is essential.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred; autonomy and proactive relationship-building skills are critical.
  • Ability to extract and analyze data from SAP or business warehouse tools; data analytics skills are a plus.
  • Experience in trade, retail, or manufacturing environments is desirable but not mandatory.
