The Role

This position involves ensuring that master data across various systems is processed efficiently, providing expert governance and advice on cataloguing and classification, and collaborating with the team to drive progress.

  • Process new Cataloguing Requests and Change Requests effectively.
  • Establish consistency in catalogues by governing cataloguing requests.
  • Define material classification using item type definitions & class assignment templates.
  • Offer guidance to end-users on all aspects related to cataloguing of different parts and materials.
  • Travel domestically as required for Offshore/Onshore locations.
  • Contribute to regular team meetings and provide reporting on catalogue request progress and impediments.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience and knowledge of MRO Cataloguing Standards including Auslang & Oniqua dictionary guidelines.
  • Previous experience working in SAP Material Master Data.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Plant Maintenance Master Data & Materials Management principles.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to work under pressure managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Resilient and enthusiastic within an agile working environment.
  • Team-oriented, contributing positively to the group.
  • Ability to resolve issues independently and proactively with minimal support.
