Event Partnership Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled coordinator to lead the planning and execution of our event partnership programs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of grant management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of the event partnership program, ensuring seamless execution and maximum community engagement.
  • Grant Management: Manage grants from inception to completion, including applications, reporting, and evaluation.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the broader community.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on program progress, outcomes, and budget.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in events management or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, grant management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
