
Partnerships Officer

We're looking for a dedicated Partnerships Officer to help grow and nurture our creative and technical industry relationships. You'll play a key role in identifying and developing mutually beneficial partnerships that amplify our reach, enhance our capabilities, drive value for our community members and ultimately help us deliver on our strategic goals.
You'll be a confident communicator with a passion for building strong, authentic relationships. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to create opportunities that put our products into the hands of influential creatives throughout our global community.
**The role**
This role sits within our Events & Partnerships team, reporting to our Events & Partnerships Manager. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders in engineering, design and branding, as well as external partners and creatives throughout the industry.
**What you'll do**:
- Represent Procreate with enthusiasm and professionalism at events, meetings, and demos.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with industry partners.
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that align with our strategic goals.
- Manage communications and logistics for partnership campaigns.
- Maintain a shared database of contacts and insights to support internal collaboration.
- Provide feedback and insights from partners to help shape our product and strategy.
- Support the team by sharing best practices, mentoring peers, and contributing to a culture of learning and collaboration.
**Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Experience in relationship management, partnerships, or community engagement—ideally within the creative or tech industries.
- A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to evaluate opportunities and align them with business goals.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence in presenting and demonstrating products to a range of audiences
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support team members and share knowledge
- Deep understanding of our products and the creative community we serve.
**Bonus skills**:
- Familiarity with CRM tools or contact management systems.
- Event coordination or campaign management experience.
**What to expect un the first 6-12 months**:
- Complete onboarding and get to know the team, our products, and our partners.
- Begin building relationships with key industry contacts.
- Support and lead partnership campaigns that align with our strategy.
- Share insights and feedback that help shape our approach to partnerships.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
