About the Job

This role is focused on ensuring seamless logistics operations and inventory management.

The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, storage, and preparation for distribution at the warehouse.

Daily tasks include monitoring vehicle maintenance and repair activities in the warehouse, driving process optimization and improvement.

Key responsibilities also include developing and updating vehicle acceptance plans in line with port clearance timelines, coordinating item handling and documentation, including inventory verification, classification, and secure storage.

Outbound shipments must be tracked, system records updated, and accurate logistics data entry ensured.

Responsibilities also include oversight of delivery schedules, monitoring transportation status, and managing urgent or priority shipments.

Coordination of vehicle damage claims and handling delays or disruptions in transportation.

Analysis of logistics costs, verification of invoices, management of payments, and support of account reconciliation processes.

Review and improvement of on-site regulations, SOPs, and operational guidelines to enhance overall efficiency.

Collection, verification, and analysis of logistics partner performance data to ensure accuracy and drive operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and inventory management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management Systems, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex logistics challenges efficiently.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Preferrably bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
