Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to oversee our logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of products across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transport and distribution costs, manage freight forwarding, shipping schedules, and customs clearance processes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for shipments, including bills of lading, export declarations, and compliance certificates.
  • Comply with Australian and international trade regulations, biosecurity, export requirements, and safety standards.
  • Stay up to date with changes in trade regulations, tariffs, and free trade agreements.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in managing perishable domestic and export logistics, preferably within the food, manufacturing, or agriculture industries.
  • Strong understanding of Australian and international trade regulations, export compliance, and supply chain logistics.
  • Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management systems.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
