James Hardie is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide expert technical support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellence in customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide AU-wide technical support to builders, architects, salespeople, and the general public
  • Respond to external and internal technical enquiries to minimize risk
  • Offer Level 1 to Level 3 phone and email technical support to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the claims department in assisting the claims process to completion
  • Manage our Take-Off service, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Building, Engineering (Civil) or Architecture
  • Experience within the trade or building industry is highly desirable but not necessary
  • Team player with customer service experience, ideally in a call centre environment
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
