Technical Support Specialist

  • Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Word to create and manipulate documents, including mail merge and table manipulation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including mail merge and table manipulation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Graphic design skills, including photo resizing and manipulation.
