Project Coordinator

The role involves working as a dynamic team member within the Neurosciences Department to support the development of a new Model of Care and relationship agreement between two organisations.

  • Key responsibilities include effective stakeholder management, project documentation, reporting, and consumer partnership/co-design.
  • You will work closely with Divisional Managers of Neurosciences, Specialist Clinics, and other operational and clinical leads across both organisations to deliver the project to achieve expected outcomes in specified timeframes.

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or experience in a health or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing change management projects in a clinical environment.
  • Experience or knowledge of project management methodologies, including project plans, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, stakeholder analysis, and communication plans.
  • Understanding of acute health services and the acute/general practice interface.
  • Able to consult, collaborate, and work effectively as a member of a team to deliver outcomes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and skilled in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
