
Healthcare Project Coordinator

The Healthcare Management team is evolving its purchasing strategy to deliver the future of health and wellbeing. To support this goal, we need a detail-oriented professional to provide project and administrative support.
We're looking for someone with excellent coordination skills to schedule and track meetings with hospital partners, including quarterly performance reviews and strategic committee sessions. You'll be responsible for documenting meetings, circulating agendas and minutes, and ensuring that agreed actions are followed through to completion.
Your work will be key in maintaining accurate records and upholding governance standards for all external stakeholder engagements.
You'll also have the opportunity to support the delivery of health transformation initiatives by managing project administration and assisting in the creation of key project materials.
This permanent full-time position offers flexibility and can be based in various locations across Australia.
You will add value by:
- Coordinating engagement meetings with hospital partners.
- Ensuring hospitals are assigned an applicable tiering and engagement meetings are held as required.
- Supporting Strategic Partnership & Innovation Managers to develop clear plans for strategic partnerships.
- Maintaining detailed action registers covering agreed actions, party responsible, and due dates.
- Collaborating with the Head of Health Transformation to implement accurate and timely reporting.
**To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:**
- Previous experience as a Team Assistant and/or equivalent project support role.
- Proven ability to develop polished artefacts/presentation decks ready for senior audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organised, and proven delivery of coordination and planning activities.
