ServiceNow Architect Role

This position requires a ServiceNow technical architect to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ITSM, ITOM, and a strong understanding of business requirements, organisational standards, and IT strategy. They will be responsible for the integration of ServiceNow with other platforms and/or third party ServiceNow instances.

A key aspect of this role is contributing to the development and enforcement of ServiceNow design principles, standards, and guidelines. This includes scripting, configuration, integration, and customisation to ensure solution feasibility and quality.

The successful candidate will also establish, maintain, and execute best practices in ServiceNow architecture development. This ensures governance processes drive solution quality and meet organisational standards.

Strong leadership skills are required to cultivate relationships with stakeholders and provide expert guidance on technology advice. They will work closely with product and process owners to formulate platform strategy, investments, and roadmap decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other platforms and/or third party ServiceNow instances.
  • Contribute to ServiceNow design principles, standards, and guidelines.
  • Establish, maintain, and execute best practices in ServiceNow architecture development.
  • Provide expert guidance on technology advice.


Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience working within the IT Industry or in technology consulting across multiple modules in ServiceNow.
  • Strong leadership skills & communications skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Desire for learning and continuous improvement.
