HSE Advisor Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
As an HSE advisor, your main priority will be to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved in our projects. You will conduct site inspections, identify potential hazards, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret complex documents will be invaluable in this role.
You will also be responsible for training and consulting with project teams to ensure they have effectively implemented their safety plans. This may involve identifying gaps in their processes, providing guidance on regulatory requirements, and monitoring progress towards established goals.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will need excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with diverse groups, including project managers, contractors, and site personnel.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to interpret complex documents
- Sound working knowledge of construction codes and local regulations
