About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to support our sales and operations teams. This role involves delivering tailored project solutions, providing expert sales support through technical analysis, lift design applications, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting sales through technical guidance and product approvals
  • Investigating risks associated with new and existing designs
  • Delivering layout drawings and contract-engineered solutions to the operations teams
  • Collaborating with the Engineering team on the development of calculation tools utilised in design processes
  • Providing technical service support, including problem-solving and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronics) or related qualifications
  • Minimum 5-10 years design work experience within construction and/or design
  • Proven experience within the Lift industry will be preferred
