Ad Strategy Specialist

This role is responsible for spearheading strategy development to ensure clients stay competitive in key areas including first-party data management and activation, CTV consolidation, and retail measurement.

The successful candidate will lead data-driven conversations utilizing our platform and custom reporting to provide insights and tell client-relevant stories, offering a full picture of advertising's impact on business results.

A strong interest in learning the underlying mechanics of our platform and acting as a conduit between clients and product teams to consistently improve our platform over time is essential.

  • Spearhead strategy development to ensure clients stay competitive in key areas.
  • Lead data-driven conversations utilizing our platform and custom reporting.
  • Consult with clients on campaign goals and strategies.
  • Operate as a power user of our UI and empower clients to become power users.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Sales Executives.
  • Troubleshoot advanced technical problems.
  • Develop standard methodologies within Client Services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of consultative, client-facing work in ad tech (DSP experience is a plus), digital marketing, finance, or other data-heavy industries.
  • Eager to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A strong interest in learning the underlying mechanics of a platform.
  • Confidence presenting in front of clients and peers.
  • Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
