Job Description

This role champions a social impact agenda and coordinates high-priority initiatives that shape the future of early learning in Australia.

You will lead end-to-end strategic coordination and delivery across the Social Impact Portfolio, developing briefing papers, proposals, presentations and executive materials informing Board and Senior Leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic partnerships, advisory programs and stakeholder engagement with syndicate members, philanthropic partners and cross-sector collaborators.
  • Surface insights and position the organization on key sector trends, risks and policy opportunities.
  • Translate complex evidence and systems into clear policy positions, communications, and actionable project plans that inspire change and influence outcomes at scale.
  • Represent the organization in external forums, amplifying our voice and impact in the sector.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience advising or supporting senior executives in government, NFP or corporate.
  • Demonstrated track record in preparing high-quality Board and executive materials (briefings, presentations, reports).
  • Experience in coordinating strategic agendas and managing multiple projects across teams or portfolios.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and sustain high-trust relationships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinking, political acumen and the ability to work independently while effectively engaging executive stakeholders.
