Senior Justice Advocate Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Justice Advocate to join our team.

About the Role

The role involves providing expert legal assistance, representing clients in NDIS Appeals and Administrative Law matters, and collaborating with colleagues on complex legal issues.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Queensland’s most vulnerable individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing expert legal advice and representation in NDIS Appeals and Administrative Law matters
  • Collaborating with colleagues on complex legal issues
  • Representing clients across various legal forums
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in Administrative Law and NDIS Appeals
  • Experience independently representing clients
  • Strong communication skills, particularly with clients experiencing complex vulnerabilities or trauma
  • Commitment to social justice and ability to apply principles of trauma-informed practice
  • Admission or eligibility for admission as a Legal Practitioner in Queensland, alongside an unrestricted practicing certificate
