Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in a Data Centre environment. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all production server hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all production server hardware and software.
- Execute basic troubleshooting along with triaging incoming incidents in support of DC operations.
- Communicate confidently and clearly with all stakeholders.
- Maintain strong adherence to processes and contribute to process improvements.
- Understand internal customer problems and deliver timely technical solutions.
- Work on a rotating shift basis, including on-call.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working in a Data Centre environment.
- A background in Linux.
- Knowledge of Data Centre Ecosystem (cooling, electrical, networking, and structured cabling).
