Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of cleaning staff to ensure operational excellence and high-quality service delivery.
- Promote a positive performance culture by providing support, guidance, and feedback to the cleaning team.
- Collaborate with HR to develop and implement employee engagement strategies and improve job satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for growth and increase revenue through the provision of additional services and value-added offerings.
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry. You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services, managing teams, and driving business growth.
