This role is responsible for leading the commercial strategy and operations of 600+ lounges globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial principles and financial management, with experience in large-scale commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own commercial and financial strategy for lounge operations
  • Lead key negotiations with client airlines and suppliers at executive level
  • Drive new business opportunities, revenue growth, and operational efficiency across Lounge operations

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to lead negotiations and manage senior contractors effectively
  • Experience managing, developing, and motivating teams
  • Culturally astute, able to develop networks beyond the team, and a strong advocate for the brand
