**_Day to day responsibilities and experience required:_**
- _You'll oversee teams of up to 20 tradespeople of all levels, pushing productivity to ensure jobs are getting completed in the relevant timeframes_
- _You'll provide your team with technical support as and when required, passing on your trade knowledge to help resolve any issues_
- _Quote for works up to around $100k, invoice and client face as and when required_
- _Report and escalate issues whenever necessary to your manager who you will work closely with_
- _Strong service or testing trade background within sprinkler fitting or fire alarms required_
- _Must have strong leadership and communication skills _
- _Full drivers license required_
- _Work from an office location based out of Melbourne's western suburbs_
