Service Engineer Specialist

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer Specialist to deliver exceptional service in the healthcare sector.

  • Conduct installations of medical imaging systems and other equipment according to customer specifications.
  • Analyze and repair complex medical devices, ensuring software updates and patches are applied promptly.
  • Perform remote diagnostic procedures on customer sites, providing expert solutions and support.
  • Implement preventative maintenance schedules and ensure policies are adhered to.
  • Take ownership of service situations from inception to resolution, including escalating procedures as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Hold or be eligible for electrical and/or radiation licenses.
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Electrical, Engineering, or similar technical fields.
  • Proven experience in electro-mechanical service and repair work, preferably with medical imaging products.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, Windows operating systems, PC repairs, and database management.
  • Strong understanding of DICOM and HL7 standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer service focus, and valid driver's license.
