About The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Principal / Lead Civil Engineer to join our expanding Melbourne team. This role will work across our extensive client portfolio, engaging with our national multi-disciplinary teams requiring both effective leadership and strong technical proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring Fyfe is well-positioned to respond to opportunities in the market.
- Client Interactions: Engage with clients regularly, providing expert technical advice and ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and technical expertise to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Design and Documentation: Prepare concept, feasibility, and detailed design documentation and obtain relevant reviews and approvals.
