We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team in a full-time role.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international import/export logistics and be able to coordinate complex global orders, manage demand forecasting, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate international orders with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders;
  • Develop and implement effective demand forecasting strategies based on sales trends and market analysis;
  • Maintain strong relationships with overseas partners and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations;
  • Ensure all import/export documentation and compliance requirements are met;
  • Contribute to reducing stock shortages and supporting sales growth initiatives;

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in international import/export logistics;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with Excel and other computer systems;

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $40-$42 per hour, plus superannuation. This is a full-time role with onsite parking available. Initial 4-month contract applies.
