Job Title: Logistics Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will play a vital part in resolving customer complaints related to logistics, ensuring timely management of customer returns across the Order To Payment journey.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively resolve customer care notifications and feedback related to logistics to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Process Returns and collaborate with the Warehouse team to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Effectively utilize systems to record actions taken and identify potential failures in orders.
  • Provide Communication on back-order management.
  • Support Account Managers with logistics-related inquiries.
  • Develop strong partnerships with materials management, transportation, and warehouse teams.
  • Build trust with field sales to increase Account Manager productivity and reduce inbound calls.
  • Handle emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the training of new team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Functional knowledge of logistics processes.
  • Solid knowledge of related business processes (i.e. Product Portfolio Management).
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Detail oriented and able to handle multiple responsibilities and make informed decisions.
