Logistics Operations Specialist

As a vital cog in our organisation's operations, the Logistics Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and efficient management of sensitive pharmaceutical and clinical trial shipments.
This position requires an individual who excels under pressure, is meticulous in their attention to detail, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Hypercare Support: Provide timely support for life science and clinical trial shipments, effectively managing escalations and guaranteeing on-time delivery.
- Complex Logistics Execution: Coordinate logistics from dry ice packaging to reverse radiopharma logistics with a focus on accuracy and strict compliance.
- Quality & Compliance Drive: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement SOPs, contribute to ISO and GDP standards, and work closely with ops teams to ensure top-tier compliance.
- Operational Oversight: Manage critical assets, conduct regular audits, and drive performance excellence through training and development programs.
- Regulatory Adherence: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for compliance issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience in Life Sciences, Clinical Trials, Pharma transport, or complex global logistics.
- Strong understanding of specialised logistics systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage shifting priorities effectively.
