Logistics Operations Specialist

The Logistics Operations Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our logistics department. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in logistics to contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Position

This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the receipt of products and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Arrange transportation and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demands.
  • Monitor DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) and address any issues promptly.
  • Manage activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to meet established deadlines.
  • Streamline shipping and transportation processes to maximize efficiencies.
  • Monitor transportation, inventory, and warehousing using SAP and department files.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through clear communication and updates.
  • Monitor 3PL warehouse activity and daily work allocation according to KPIs.
  • Verify and reconcile service provider invoices.
