The Client Support Officer plays a vital role in delivering exceptional client services, providing timely and effective advice to clients accessing support. This position serves as the first point of contact, responding to face-to-face, electronic, and telephone enquiries.
Working closely with the wider workforce, this role addresses client needs at the initial contact and provides tailored responses to client enquiries.
Success in this role hinges on the ability to respond effectively and inclusively to diverse client presentations, demonstrating honesty and integrity in all interactions.
Key Objectives Include:
- Collaborating with the support team to deliver client-focused objectives aligned with strategic policy directions.
- Competently prioritizing tasks to provide optimal service delivery to clients.
- Exercising advanced interpersonal communication skills in response to diverse client needs, including sensitivity to changes in behavioural presentation and indicators of risk and aggression.
