Harris Scarfe is a renowned Australian retailer with over 170 years of experience, operating more than 56 stores across various states and a growing online presence.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Shepparton store team, who possesses prior retail experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, responding to their needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Support catalogue and promotional merchandising efforts to drive sales and attract new customers.
  • Contribute to achieving store and business objectives through effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Work in multiple departments and perform daily activities such as stock placement, ticketing, and visual displays to maintain a clean, full, and safe store environment.
  • Process and pack online orders, including lifting light loads, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to retail excellence.
  • The ability to work above award wage on the Harris Scarfe EBA and contribute to the success of the business.
  • Supervisor experience, preferably in a big-box retail space, to lead and motivate a team.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong teamwork and flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A focus on safety and a willingness to learn from experienced managers and team members.
