The Company

Our client is an emerging Australian market leader within the plumbing and irrigation industry with branches across several states. They are a forward thinking and progressive supplier that provides innovative solutions to a wide range of industries. Their approach to industry trends and direction which puts them in the best position to be able to support and service their extremely loyal client base. They are currently looking to employ an Internal Customer Service / Counter Sales person in the Shepparton area of VIC.

You will be responsible for providing customer & sales service to a range of  customers. You will be working to provide a range of solutions including plumbing, irrigation, pump, filtration and fittings to name a few. You will be building long-term and highly valued relationships with our customers based on "good advice" and a customer first approach.

Required experience

  • Experience or aptitude to perform in customer service / counter sales role.
  • Technical, trade or hands on expeirence in any trade related industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • A fast learner and the ability to workm with a range of customers
  • Looking for a long-term career based opportunity
