Fujitsu Problem Analysis Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Problem Analyst to cover maternity leave for a fixed-term contract.

The role is responsible for managing the lifecycle of all in-scope problems from initial identification through investigation, root cause analysis, and development of permanent corrective measures within agreed SLA timeframes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT Service Support Management in the outsourcing industry.
  • A strong understanding of ITIL processes; preferably with recognised certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management tools.
  • An analytical and problem-solving approach.
  • Proven experience in facilitating and leading meetings.
  • Demonstrated good reporting skills; written, analytical, and statistical.
  • A strong customer-focused approach.
  • A proactive mindset, and a can-do attitude.
