We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our firm on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.

As an Accountant with our firm, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients across various industries, assisting them with complex financial reporting, tax compliance, and business advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of financial statements in accordance with regulatory, accounting, and financial reporting standards.
  • Handling income tax returns for various entities, including companies, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Execution of tax planning tasks, and provision of advisory services to clients regarding business operations, tax efficiency, and regulatory matters.
  • Offering business structuring, improvement, and growth advisory services to help clients achieve their business goals.

About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • CA/CPA qualification (or working towards it).
  • 2+ years of experience in a public practice accounting role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused attitude.
