Key Responsibilities Prepare and review year-end financial statements and tax returns (companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSFs).
Manage BAS/IAS, FBT, payroll-tax and ASIC deadlines, liaising directly with regulators.
Research and draft concise advice on Div 7 A, CGT concessions, FBT and other technical matters.
Produce management reports, budgets and cash-flow forecasts for strategy sessions with partners.
Supervise graduates/intermediates, reviewing workpapers and delivering real-time feedback.

Cloud-first environment Direct mentoring from partners and senior specialists Minimum Qualifications Must-haves Australian Tax expreince is essential2–3 years (intermediate) or 5 + years (senior) in Australian public practice Ability to take jobs from source data to signed financials Confidence with Xero, MYOB and/or Quick Books Clear written & verbal communication Self-organisation and curiosity are essential—you'll juggle multiple deadlines and seek answers before asking.
