This role is perfect for someone with at least 3 years public practice experience who feels ready to work directly with clients, and grow into a management position, while still enjoying the flexibility and lifestyle that working locally can offer. You'll be supported by a collaborative team, mentored by a senior manager, and encouraged to share ideas that help us improve.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Working directly with a mix of individual and small business clients
  • Reviewing and finalising work prepared by other team members for all entity types
  • Taking ownership of your own client list and building strong ongoing relationships
  • Having tax planning, compliance, and strategy conversations
  • Meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction
  • Actively participating in team discussions and contributing to improvements
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years' experience in Australian Public Practice
  • Confidence to speak with clients clearly and respectfully – no jargon
  • Strong understanding of tax compliance and small business structures
  • Proficiency in Xero, FYI and XPM
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A desire to step into more responsibility and eventually lead a team
