Executive Director of International Expansion

This role oversees the expansion of business operations in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will lead a culturally diverse team, increasing market penetration and driving sales growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance market presence and achieve commercial targets.
- Manage a high-performing team, ensuring effective partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
- Establish relationships with external partners to drive business expansion.
- Provide valuable insights into business decisions and contribute to the long-term strategic plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven sales ability.
- Fluent English speaker (C1 level) and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in managing education sector clients and international customer bases.
- SIGNIFICANT management experience, including staff management in sales/business development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and consumer behavior.
- Experience in ELT/exams and international sales/marketing.
Additional Information:
- A competitive salary range AUD $136,200 - $197,500 per annum.
- International travel required, with flexibility in working hours due to different time zones.
