Job Opportunity

This role involves developing and implementing strategies to foster relationships with key institutional clients across the bank's network.

  • Lead a team of Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional client service and drive growth in new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including product experts and risk managers, to identify and pursue strategic partnerships and initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and inform business development strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at key client firms, building trust and credibility through regular engagement and communication.
  • Manage and analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions and optimize client coverage models.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of success in institutional sales or relationship management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • A strong understanding of market dynamics, regulatory environments, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
