Capital Solutions Expert

This key role contributes to our Non-Bank Financial Institutions team, providing capital and financing solutions to clients across various sectors.

As a Director, you will play a crucial part in delivering relationship management and identifying new business opportunities that benefit both clients and the bank.

  • Cultivate relationships with client Treasury and Senior Executives to deliver capital, transactional, and risk management solutions.
  • Develop expertise in the sector and provide unique insights into market and industry conditions to identify and originate viable transactions, structuring, and business improvement opportunities.
  • Lead internal coordination to review and sign off on credit submissions and documentation on deals.
  • Identify and actively manage the full spectrum of risks associated with origination and ongoing management of clients.
  • Support innovative product development in conjunction with internal and external advisors to offer acceptable outcomes to clients.

Key responsibilities include cultivating relationships, leading coordination, and identifying risks. Key strengths required are client relationship management, credit risk analysis, market expertise, institutional banking knowledge, product capability familiarity, and leadership skills.
