Job Summary:

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development and oversight of workplace safety risk registers, critical risk programs, and verification activities. About the Role:

You will be responsible for designing and implementing assurance frameworks and WHS programs, ensuring compliance with legislative and ISO requirements. Your expertise in translating complex risk/compliance requirements into practical solutions will be highly valued by senior leaders and business units.

  • Develop and oversee WHS risk registers, critical risk programs, and verification activities.
  • Design and implement assurance frameworks and WHS programs.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and ISO requirements.
  • Provide advisory support across People & Safety and People & Culture functions.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in safety, risk, compliance, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing assurance frameworks and WHS programs.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS risk management, compliance obligations, and ISO standards.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and business units to embed governance practices.
  • Skilled in translating complex risk/compliance requirements into practical solutions.
