About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those with complex support needs. As a Senior Client Service Officer, you will provide a broad range of applicant, tenancy and property management services and advice to clients, as well as advocate and support stakeholders across the access and tenancy service streams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide coaching and support to team members to optimize business and service outcomes.
- Manage relationships, partnerships and networks between communities and the Department to improve communication and access to services for clients.
- Advocate and support clients with complex support needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve client outcomes.
- Proven experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in social housing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
