Senior Estimating Professional

We are seeking a senior estimator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial projects, including off-site manufacturing, transportation, and on-site installation.
This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
About the Role
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and pricing from architectural designs, engineering drawings, and modular construction specifications.
- Collaborate with design, production, and project management teams to ensure estimates reflect modular construction methods and factory efficiencies.
- Source and negotiate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers for factory-built modules and site works.
- Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering and process optimization specific to modular construction.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years estimating experience in the home building industry.
- Proven time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
