This role provides valuable support to managers in developing business, managing client accounts and enabling clients to achieve their goals.
About the PositionThe position involves actively engaging in loan applications preparation, interpreting and executing prudential management tasks, monitoring loan arrears and taking appropriate commercial and prudential actions.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare loan applications for submission.
- Execute branch prudential management tasks in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Monitor loan arrears and take appropriate action from a commercial and prudential perspective.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- A proven interest in food and agribusiness with previous experience in a similar role.
- A client-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- The ability to work effectively through team collaboration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical skills with sound financial literacy.
