Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Line Manager to lead the sales, inventory, and performance of our agricultural merchandise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

About the Opportunity:

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, including store management, agronomists, and sales teams, to provide support and guidance on merchandise management. You will also have input into branch budgets and manage the branch profit and loss (P&L). Additionally, you will negotiate with suppliers and develop pricing strategies to maintain our competitive position in the market.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales, inventory, and performance of agricultural merchandise.
  • Work closely with store management, agronomists, and sales teams to provide merchandise support.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and develop pricing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, climatic, and seasonal considerations.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong technical background, experience in a similar role, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also require exposure to SAP ERP and MS Excel for reporting.
