Hearing Health Client Support Specialist

This is a permanent part-time position with working hours scheduled between Monday to Wednesday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
We're looking for someone with the flexibility to increase hours as needed, such as for leave coverage.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration role, with great communication and active listening skills.
Key Responsibilities include welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes, scheduling and confirming appointments, providing administrative support to Clinicians, and efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of the clinics.
Requirements include passion for delivering an amazing client experience, resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy, excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team, focus on results and the best possible outcomes, and intermediate computer skills.
