We are seeking a skilled Food Safety Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

This role involves assessing and monitoring the performance of food business clients against relevant state and industry-specific food safety legislation and standards. You will provide support and guidance to clients with a client-centric approach, focusing on delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal or external food safety audits at client sites.
  • Report on audit findings using various methods and formats.
  • Provide food safety support services at client sites.
  • Deliver face-to-face food safety training at client sites.
  • Collect food samples and surface swabs for laboratory testing.
  • Conduct rapid hygiene testing at client sites.
  • Assist clients in preparing for the implementation of our digital food safety platform.
  • Implement and train clients on our food safety software.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be a clear, confident, and effective communicator.
  • Comfortable interacting with high-level management in a professional and confident manner.
  • Professional presentation.
  • A current driver's license.
  • Rights to work in Australia.
