About the Role:This is an opportunity to join our organisation as a Quality Assurance Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing quality assurance and food safety systems.
You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards, maintain product integrity, and optimise processes.
This role requires strong knowledge of SQF, FSANZ, HACCP, GMP, and internal audit frameworks.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead Quality Assurance Teams
- Develop Corrective Action Plans
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis
- Manage Internal/External Audits
- Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards
- Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Science, Microbiology, Food Technology, or a related field
- Strong Analytical and Detail-Oriented Mindset
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- 5+ years in a quality assurance role within food, ingredients, or FMCG sectors
- Proven Experience in Developing and Executing CAPs and Conducting RCA
