Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Food Safety Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting food safety audits and inspections, as well as electronic reporting to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough food safety audits and inspections in supermarket environments;
- Evaluate and report on food safety procedures and practices;
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective implementation of food safety policies and protocols;
- Develop and maintain knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices;
- Provide training and support to colleagues on food safety procedures and practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Public Health, or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food safety auditing and inspection;
- Proven track record of improving food safety outcomes through targeted initiatives;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
